Castle Suites Hotel - Platanias (Crete)

The room is spotlessly clean and comes with a personal safe, air conditioning, and a comfortable sofa bed; the unexpected delight was the lovely garden view, and the staff is both friendly and professional.

Superior hotel with amicable staff, I greatly enjoyed marvellous location. The rooms were big size and functional, with a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating, comfy bed.

the hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a very nice area, short walk to the main tourist strip where the bars/ restaurants are, the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, and the common areas. we were in a standard apartment with an individual safe, air conditioning, and a sofa bed.

A few guests had the same problem with drain.

This hotel is just a quick 5-minute walk from the tube station at Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3. My room was incredibly clean and had a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating for added comfort. 😊.

The rooms here were clean and came with spacious balconies, including the bathroom. 👍.

The staff here are friendly and the pool is well-maintained.

The room is exceptionally clean and equipped with an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe. the bedroom is separate, providing added privacy. the property has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, and the main tourist strip. it's only a 20-minute stroll to Giraffe Stop, a great spot for a meal.

The hotel's location is great as there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. the room was clean and spacious, and had a balcony which offered a lovely view of one of the pools. the staff were always friendly and ready to assist with any issue.

The hotel allows smoking in all areas, which can be unpleasant for non-smoking guests.

The hotel had clean and big rooms with nice and comfy beds, and there were interesting artworks that gave a unique touch to them. The outside area was also great, with 3 big pools and one specifically for kids. What we loved the most was the location, a short stroll from the beach, restaurants, shops, and bars. It felt like we were staying on a little oasis in the middle of all the tourist bustle.

The wifi was quite poor, it only worked on the balcony, and with an unstable signal. Our bathroom was small, with a cracky shower handle, and the water pressure wasn't always steady.

The gardens and swimming pool looked nice, and we enjoyed the spacious pool areas. the location was great, with everything we needed within walking distance. We also loved the view from our balcony, which was perfect for a romantic escape.

This hotel was a disappointing experience. the building structure was nice, but the things that mattered most, like the room and bathroom, were outdated and in need of repair.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with beautiful artworks. The staff were very professional and helpful, always willing to assist with my requests. The location was perfect, close to the beach, supermarket, and conference venue. The pool was pretty and clean, with comfortable loungers. I enjoyed the delicious foods at the restaurant, especially breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by beautiful green areas. We were amazed by the level of service we received, from the room service to the friendly staff at the reception. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a lovely swimming pool and a restaurant with delicious meals. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay memorable.
